What are Lunch & Learns? 

The Collective’s Lunch & Learn Series brings together accomplished guest speakers and timely topics tailored specifically for local young professionals. Each session includes a quality lunch, provided as part of your Collective membership and focused, practical insights designed to deliver real value you can apply immediately. 

These mid-day gatherings offer a convenient alternative to after-hours events, allowing members to connect, learn, and engage during the workday without added stress. Attendees will hear from respected community business leaders, fellow young professionals, and other inspiring voices across five thoughtfully curated educational luncheons.

About The Speaker: 

Stevie Kearse serves as Executive Director of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce, where she has spent more than 27 years working alongside businesses, community leaders, and organizations to strengthen the Rolla region.

Throughout her career, Stevie has learned that career advancement isn't only about a title or résumé, it's also about the reputation you build, the relationships you develop, how you show up, and what people come to know they can count on you for.

Known for her passion for Rolla and the Chamber profession, Stevie brings a practical, real-world perspective to leadership, professional growth, relationship building, and creating a personal brand that feels authentic rather than manufactured.
